Audubon of Florida has teamed up with Environmental Defense and the Florida Wildlife Federation to call on Senator Mel Martinez to vote in favor of strong national legislation to cap US emissions of global warming pollution. The leading bill in Congress is S.2191, the Lieberman Warner Climate Security Act, which is scheduled to come to the Senate floor for a vote in June. Send Senator Martinez a message today and urge him to vote in favor of this legislation in order to protect our state from the worst impacts of climate change.
