Campaign Unavailable We're sorry, this alert is no longer available. If you would like to learn more about ways you can take action, please visit AudubonAction. The short explanation of this alert was: The Sagebrush Sea Needs Your Help! Wyoming's Pinedale Anticline is one of the largest strongholds for Greater Sage-Grouse and critical winter range and migration route for thousands of mule deer and pronghorn. Now, the Bureau of Land Management has released a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) which reveals unprecedented removal of crucial wildlife habitat protections, which could eliminate the sage-grouse from this critical breeding area. The public comment period has been extended to March 15. Speak out for sage-grouse by sending a letter expressing your concerns about the disregard for the West’s birds and wildlife. Personalized comments have the greatest impact. Please edit the letter below to let the BLM know why protecting wildlife habitat is important to you.
